When it gets late, you part ways with a lengthy kiss goodnight, everything from the earlier melting away into a fuzzy bliss when he squeezes your waist and whispers your favorite things into your ear before reluctantly letting you go. You pick it up and mumble with confusion, seeing as you just left him.

You can hear mischief in his voice when he replies, his voice dropping to a low and sultrier tone laced with something else you can't identify.

You roll your eyes, but the pink hue in your cheeks betray your sarcasm.

"Oh my! Don't say that, I'm not liable for whatever happens next if you keep talking to me so dirtyyy."

You turn around, smirking as you shake your head in mock disapproval at the way he won't let this topic fully die down. You just have to admire his commitment to the bit... And the way he shamelessly flirts with you every chance he gets. You find him simply staring at you with such intensity, not having moved at all from where you had said goodbye with his phone glued to his ear, his smugness practically glowing as if it were radioactive.

He waves, blowing you a kiss like the menace he is.

You catch it, laughing softly as you bring your closed fist to your mouth. This causes him to clutch his chest and stumble as if he were about to fall backwards, giggling before sticking his hands into his coat pockets to finally be on his way.

When you start walking again, he stops one more time, turning back to watch you with his forever attentive eyes. They darken at the memory of you being so afraid earlier, a small smile tugging at his lips when he thinks about how much more carefree and content you looked just a second ago... Because of him. He meant it when he said he'd defend your honor and he thinks it's adorable how you don't think about the awful things he's done to others in the past for much less.

It's a Bark Bark world and he's happy to be on your leash. What can he say? You keep him a virtuous man.

the nature of your relationship with beomgyu had always been built on something light-hearted, even as the two of you grew into your separate selves and careers.

it’s what you believed kept your relationship blossoming– the spark as so many relationship experts had dubbed it. it’s what you believed kept you and your boyfriend together after so many years, after so much time spent apart, and after so many things had attempted to come in the way.

easily put: loving your idol boyfriend was easy because of the both of you were just a little bit unserious (sometimes).

the unexpected call comes at an hour too late for you to ignore. beomgyu’s manager is on the other line with a proposition that makes you sit up in bed and tug your sheets off urgently. you nearly think you’re stuck in the midst of a wishful dream, his voice a mere product of your sleep-deprived mind. but then he mentions something you’d been pondering on for months, something you’d never thought would be brought up to conversation with your boyfriend’s management team.

you’re left staring at your frazzled reflection in the bathroom mirror when he hangs up. he leaves it up to you to decide whether or not to tell beomgyu.

so, when beomgyu’s message inviting you to their last show on tour appears on your phone with a muted ding!, you decide to act. it feels a little mean, and it nearly makes you break your act when he sends enough sad face emojis to make the app lag, but you tell him you’re busy; unable to get a day off from your employer, who’s livid at the thought of you taking a vacation on such short notice.

it’s believable, almost too much so, because beomgyu answers with a voice message comforting you and promising to take you next time. he also sends you a selfie of him in his hotel bed, hair wet and lips devastatingly pouty, and you resort to turning your phone off to avoid telling him the truth.

you’ve come across countless photos and videos from his concert before, received even more from your boyfriend directly, but no amount of beomgyu fancams could prepare you for physically seeing him on stage. he looks absolutely incandescent, like a star that’s gotten to close to earth, and your lungs constrict at how effortlessly he carries himself through the songs.

the fervor and keenness with which he throws himself into his performance has left you awe-stuck every time, but seeing it on a stage in such a large-scale venue makes your heart squeeze with pride. there’s a certain glow to all of the members, really, one that made it hard for you to take your eyes off the stage during the entirety of the three hour show.

the stadium’s alive with roaring fans, the energy palpable in the thrumming air as each note reverberated like an echo. the eagerness in your throat nearly suffocates you. with every passing song, you could feel yourself growing more and more nervous, increasingly unsure of how beomgyu will react. despite sitting somewhat close to the stage, he has yet to acknowledge that he’s seen or recognized you.

beomgyu’s eyes briefly meet yours during one of the ments when he’s scanning through your section. his gaze pauses on you for just a moment longer, enough to let you see the brief flicker of shock on his unassuming face, before he schools himself and moves on to fans that are seated higher up. but you still manage to catch his gaze on you every now and then throughout the remainder of the show, fleeting and brief, yet progressively more incessant as everything draws to a close.

you swear you see him mouth something at you, but then confetti’s being blast out and you’re drowning in the screams around you. admittedly, the hardest part is waiting for the venue to begin emptying out, enough so that you can find a trusted staff member and be escorted backstage. you’re unsure of how long after the show it’s been when you can finally slip away to see beomgyu, but it’s all forgotten in the past when you turn into a room and see him staring back at you, this time unabashedly.

everything around you bleeds into hazy, distant nothingness as you run forward to close the gap between you two. beomgyu’s arms encircle you like a lifeline, pressing you into his chest with a measured tenderness. he’s warm and firm and familiar, and as he tucks himself into your shoulder, you feel like you can finally breathe again.

“i can’t believe you made it,” he mumbles against your neck, hold tightening around your waist. he’s sweaty all along the front, shirt practically drenched through after hours of performing, but all you can think about is the fact that he’s finally here. not on a screen. not in your fleeting thoughts throughout the day.

“airplanes are a crazy invention,” you joke breathlessly.

beomgyu laughs wetly from where he’s nuzzling your collarbones, seemingly intent on getting as close as physically possible to you. your own hand raises to card itself through his damp locks, untangling them where they’ve gone unruly from his dancing. you almost feel awkward with the mill of staff around you, but they look too busy tending to the clean-up process to even worry about the two of you huddling in the middle of it all.

“you two are so cute,” you hear from behind you, and as you crane your neck to meet taehyun’s genuine eyes, you flush.

stepping back from the hug, you feel beomgyu’s calloused palms move to cup your cheeks, gently cradling your face with a tenderness so raw it nearly hurts. he’s looking at you with such intent, almost as if in belief that you’re real and in front of him, and you resist to rock forward on your toes and kiss him square on the mouth. his thumbs smooth over your damp cheeks, and you realize with a start that you’ve been crying.

as the room continues to crowd with more staff filtering in, beomgyu takes the initiative to pull you into one of the more secluded corners of the lounge for some semblance of privacy. you lean back against the wall and peer up at him through your lashes, studying the way the glitter of his makeup catches the light. he’s even more beautiful up close, impossibly ethereal, and your heart aches at the thought of leaving him again.

the rest of the members seem to have also taken note of your presence, judging by kai’s excited holler from the doorway, and you preen under their attention when they crowd into your corner. beomgyu makes a noise of complaint when they circle around you, but the frown on his face doesn’t last long as he watches you hug the rest of his bandmates. they’re all still dressed in their stage outfits, equally sweaty and noticeably exhausted, and yet they greet you with such heartfelt enthusiasm that you feel yourself go warm all over.

“no way, you didn’t tell us you were coming!” soobin pulls back from smothering you to look you over, gasping when he notices the tour shirt you’d slipped on over your outfit. “you’re wearing the one beomgyu sent you! oh, i hate couples. i’m going to be sick–”

soobin breaks off, pretending to gag, and you swat at him with a smile so wide that hurts your cheeks.

“we’ve missed you so much,” kai continues earnestly, grinning impishly, “probably more than gyu, if we’re being honest.”

“careful, i know where you’re sleeping tonight,” your boyfriend grumbles, sticking his tongue out at the both of them as he scoots into your side, wrapping his arm around your waist.

“so do i? we’re literally staying on the same floor…”

“at this point, can’t we just ask manager-nim to get an extra room at our hotel for you?” yeonjun’s question is innocent, but it makes you go warm all over. partly from excitement, partly from embarrassment.

“no way, your manager’s done already done so much for me.” that was an understatement. he’d been more than understanding when you’d first brought the idea up to him, been too kind and patient in sorting out details and ruling out alternatives. he’d pulled too many strings to secure you a spot at the show, backstage even, that it felt outright inconsiderate to ask for more. you’d gotten to see beomgyu shining from afar, gotten to see him sweaty and tired and soft between your arms.

it was enough, no matter how selfish you wanted to be.

“it’s okay,” a deeper voice cuts you off before you can continue, and you back up into beomgyu in surprise. their manager laughs good-naturedly at your shock, moving in between the members and reaching out to shake your hand in greeting.

“it’s okay?” you squeak, meeting his hand tentatively.

“i appreciate your consideration,” he nods, turning to pat beomgyu on the back. “the boys have all worked really hard on this tour. it’s the last stop, and they have a long flight back to korea tomorrow. what’s one night of celebration? you’ll have to take a separate car and follow extra protocol, but it won’t be anything our team can’t handle. beomgyu, think of this as my congratulation to you for a successful tour.”

“if beomgyu gets to be with his partner, i want in-n-out,” soobin pouts, and everyone in the circle breaks off into laughter. yeonjun seconds this with a raise of his hand, and you watch with amusement as kai and taehyun quickly follow suit.

“thank you,” beomgyu whispers to his manager, smile sincere and flustered. his hold on your hand tightens, and you look over at him to share a knowing look.

the anxiousness at the back of your mind doesn’t disappear as beomgyu and the rest of the members go through the motions of warming down and preparing to leave. you’re instructed to wait on one of the empty couches in the corner, leg bouncing restlessly as you watch your boyfriend disappear down the hall, presumably to change into something with less frills and gems.

outside, you can still hear the hum of excitement from the venue, though considerably scaled down from what you remember it being during the show. your heart squeezes with pride at the thought of how far they’d all come– sold out venues with capacities the size of small towns. an achievement so deserving, and yet once unfathomable to the entire group.

beomgyu returns clad in sweatpants and a loose shirt, face wiped clean of highlights and glitters. he seems almost bashful as he approaches you, looking around with a shy quirk to his mouth as he comes to back you up against the corner. you know what’s coming before he even leans in to peck you, know from the determination in his eyes that this isn’t the last you’ll be seeing of him like this tonight.

“ready to head out?” he asks once he pulls back, reaching for your hand with a smirk playing at his lips. your fingers comfortably slip between his, and as you make your way out after the staff, you clear your throat and try to hide the blush on your cheeks.

“i also want in-n-out,” you say.

your boyfriend’s answering laugh is loud and fond, and it rings down the hallway like peals of bells. he leans into your side, nudging you with his shoulder, and you note that he still smells like the body wash you have at home.

“almost sounds like you’re more excited for the food than to spend time alone with me,” he pouts.

flicking him on the forehead, both of you pause before a set of doors, ones you assume lead to the exterior of the building. you know his manager isn’t far behind you, and after being briefed on the measures you’d have to adhere to once outside, you think it’s best you stick by a familiar face. the security milling around should have you feeling more on edge, but beomgyu’s secure hold on your hand is enough to make you forget all about the predicament.

“i’ll see you at the hotel,” he promises.

there’s a crowd of staff forming behind you, commotion rising in the hallway as the team prepares to leave. you look at the flutter of beomgyu’s lashes as he looks up at them, then back at you, and you hum quietly when he begins to let go of you hand.

“with in-n-out?”

beomgyu’s smile is blinding, like that of a star you’re finally able to hold in the cusp of your palms. “with in-n-out.”

hello! i’ve gotten a fair few of these asks lately so i’m popping back in rq to let u know what’s up!

first i want to emphasize that my fic is not abandoned and it will be completed soon.

i’ve taken a break from posting here while i finish up these last 1.5 chapters bc while i very much enjoy being able to talk with everyone, i unfortunately found myself thinking more about how quickly i could offer you more snippets or excerpts or updates rather than the quality of the story and my own enjoyment writing it. to be entirely transparent i’ve also been experiencing some stage fright—it’s a bit daunting to wrap this thing up with the knowledge that so many people have read it and are following it.

tbh i “finished” the last 1.5 chapters in february, but i got to the end and it just didn’t feel right. closing out a story that i’ve spent a year and a half of my life writing is a big deal to me, & the ending i wrote felt lackluster and like it didn’t do justice to the rest of the story, so i’ve spent the last few weeks taking a step back to reevaluate and rewrite it without the ‘my audience is peering over my shoulder’ feeling that i sometimes get when i’m telling you every little thing that’s happening in my writing process.

at the end of the day this is just a fun little self indulgent project, but i care very much about the story and the characters and my number one priority rn is that i feel good about how it ends. i’m a slow writer in general and i don’t do deadlines, so i can’t offer you an estimated timeframe for an update other than “sometime in the near future.” the final 1.5 chapters are a work in progress and will continue to be until i feel like they’re ready, but i’m having a very good time writing them, and ultimately i think you’ll really enjoy the way this part of their story comes to a close 🫶

before i reblog, i want to give you ALL the flowers in the world. i just finished reading the monster of a fic called the great war and YOU HAVE DONE IT AGAIN. there are no words that can amount to how much i adore this fic. i love lengthy word counts done right (god knows how much long fics i got excited over before them being disappointing or boring as a reader) and i, most importantly, love enemies to lovers, arranged marriage, historical aus done right !!

okay. now that i can safely get that out of my system, LOVE LOVE LOVEEE everything about this fic. theres something so sweet abt men being written unrealistically (aka respectful and honorable whattt??? out of this world tbh) im joking ,, but i did absolutely love how you made cheol so strongly standing for his wife. the slow burn that really did the tag justice (it BURNT), the ENEMIES TO LOVERS DONE RIGHT!?! LIKE YESSS !!! they actually did want to kill each other and the yelling and arguing leading up to the first kissing scene CHEFS KISS like that's literally the epitome of writing, like is it really an e2l if there isn't a intensely written argument before the first sign of intimacy!?!?

throughout reading this story, all i could think abt was how could i ever put into the words the justice you served. allowing reader to be a strong character yet so eloquently bringing to light the struggles she would still face from just being a woman, to seungcheol using his power to stand FOR her. an honorary mention of the "Careful." he would reply to the Councillor after the panicking scene from the Florence mention INCREDIBLE!! it gave everything and more!! the character development from both sides, venus and mars foreshadowing, the subtleties that only slow burn could provide. i genuinely wish i could give a way better review than this but unfortunately im still speechless due to how beautiful this story was so just pls take this dreary review and understand that im so so in love and i adore you so much for the amount of work you put out into this, from the visuals and the descriptions, the perfect build up, the amazing writing of e2l and reflections– just EVERYTHING. you created a masterpiece <3

Hey there! So I want to start writing some fics for bart and I want to make sure they are as accurate as possible and he's kinda the main point of your blog so I was wondering if you could give me like a rundown of his character, how he behaves, what his trauma is like stuff like that. hey :) that’s exciting, looking forward to reading them 🤩 honestly i could give u a run down but i do think a lot of things i feel strongly about r largely personal interpretations of his character from what we’ve seen + extra trivia, especially on things like trauma. Ill edit later to link u to some think pieces/previous asks where i fleshed out some specifics about his characterisation/background cause honestly to fully answer this question id probably end up writing the equivalent of a fic 😭 lol but the thing is, even if i don’t entirely agree with others views on the matters, other approaches/perspectives on him can lead to really interesting plot/character exploration/stories that id still love to read about! so whilst i might have a general outline on his characterisation, i think it’s also important to go along with what u personally interpret/feel. Also it depends whether ur specifically asking about his yj tv or comics iteration? Though honestly, the core aspects of my answers to both would be pretty similar. But i’ll answer in terms of YJ as that’s very much the point of my blog like u mentioned lol

i think what might also be worth mentioning are traps that some writers (including myself) can fall into that r worth avoiding and why:

- adhd/speed is his full personality

like yes he can be excitable/hyper with his head in the clouds and yes he can be cute about it, but that’s not his only personality trait, he can be serious about things, cocky/bit of an asshole, but also sweet and sincere/speak his mind, but also dubious. He’s multifaceted/complex that way (layered just like anyone can be tbh). It all depends on the situation and seeing how he acts in the series it a good call to see how it can be mirrored/further portrayed in other situations.

- he’s a character that needs babysitting

again yes, it’s common that a lot of his friendships/relationships have a tolerance type of aspect to it, but people he’s at the very least good friends with genuinely like him and have a dynamic that’s on equal footing, some authors can accidentally infantilise him too much which is just not the way to go with him.

- he’s so traumatised that he needs therapy asap

this isn’t to say life is a breeze for him or that he doesn’t/can’t have deep issues. I mean he literally comes from a post-apocalyptic society, that’s pretty troubling. It has lead to traits like how he’s notably desensitised to things like death, has sticky fingers (tendency to steal), doesn’t really have any problem with lying nor confrontation. But from what we have seen he seems to be incredibly adaptable to situations as well as very happy/comfortable in his current time. And i really don’t think the answer to why he can live a comfortable life in the present is because he’s had therapy. I don’t think he’s visibly stuck on any particular trauma (not that he doesn’t have any, they just don’t weigh him down as much as it could) and that as a result of his background, he has a much higher than average threshold for what it takes to get him to break down. I think just because he’s not caught up on what could be personal traumas, doesn’t mean it doesn’t come without it’s issues. Being desensitised to that extent can come with its own problems and i think he has a different set of values than the average person on the team. I think an interesting approach to this is that his “issues” would come about in unexpected/uncomfortable ways/circumstances that can affect his normal relationships like with his family (jay/barry particularly).

- he has complexes about his intelligence/capability/being a hero

personally, i really don’t think this is/should be a trait of his. He IS intelligent/capable and a hero point blank period. Just because he might have an unconventional way of doing/seeing things, doesn’t mean it brings these things into question, atleast, in terms of how HE views himself. Doesn’t mean others won’t have their issues with it for whatever reason, but generally he’s a pretty confident guy to the point of being cocky. Not in the sense that he’s a total dick about it, but because he knows he’s that good and is proud of it. Now this is an interesting trait because i think it actually plays quite nicely with his airheaded/strange moments. I don’t think he fakes them necessarily, maybe plays it up but only because he’s having fun and LIKES having fun too, as well as because he doesn’t want to advertise certain things because of whatever agenda he may have.

a lot of this is a mix of what i consider instrinsic to his characterisation but also personal interpretations. Just because i think he can be cocky, doesn’t mean i don’t think he doesn’t have any insecurities. If anything reading a fic about it would be so interesting (and there have been many that have dealt with it amazingly). All these traits/views don’t exist in binary and can be nicely complimented with other takes/interpretations of them. As long as ur passionate about the story and his character, i think ultimately u can write a really cool story which id be so excited to read. Even if he’s just going clothes shopping and nothing would arise to all that i’ve mentioned, it would still be fun to read. It’s ultimately all just fun :)

Everything i described, can sound a bit confusing, so i’m sorry about that lol. I hope the asks I will link will help too! I think checking out his TV tropes section (Kid Flash II) is also useful, it gives a pretty good rundown on a fair amount of his traits.

here’s also a part of another section that i really like too lol

in terms of general facts, these might also help:

- he’s gay.

- he does go to school (he was enrolled pretty soon after his arrival to the present) .

- he has brown hair (i’m sorry but whenever i read he has red hair i literally frown LOL).

- he is the son of meloni thawne (this one is more his general comic lore but everyone pretty much takes it as canon so, since we are on this topic he has a half brother owen mercer (son of captain boomerang) and his cousin is Jenni (daughter of Dawn)).

- he doesn’t know every single thing that happens to every hero/person in the future, especially since the timeline has completely changed from his original one. What he does know, is subject to debate and it’s always interesting to see what direction different authors take it. What i believe has direct confirmation from greg as well as was suggested in the series is that he for example didn’t know artemis was undercover and that kaldur was a double agent. This could suggest literally anything (they died during that time/they die much later down the line/ they survived but alliances became vague under the mutual threat of a world apocalypse etc)

- he doesn’t want to return to his “original time” it kind of goes without saying but it’s been made pretty clear in the series. He feels relatively at home in the present. Doesn’t necessarily mean he doesn’t miss some things/people from his past though.

- whilst he is pretty lax about having a secret identity, he still has one. Jay doesn’t have one and is a public hero. Do with that what u will lol

- this one is only “suggested” based on the fact that no one saw him off when he left to the present. It’s suggested that his parents are dead.

for now i can’t think of anything else, if i do i’ll edit it in. Hope this was somewhat helpful :)

Usually I agree with ur takes but "oh c!Tommy is probably going to betray me and use my as a scapegoat' and then proceeds to torment c!Tommy more by giving c!Wilbur tnt, ruining c!Wilburs mental health, and aiding in blowing up L'manberg, like what."

He did it to destroy lmanberg it wasnt to torment tommy. He wanted to destroy all factions and just live under dsmp. Why do you think that move he did was to torment tommy?

L'manberg was connected to c!tommy and he knew the idea of it getting destroyed would upset c!Tommy too. Furthermore, he knew about c!tommys connection to c!wilbur. Purposly betrayed c!Tommy then acts as if c!Tommy is in the wrong. If he truly was just doing it to destroy L'manberg then why did he drag c!tommy like that through hell, why did he betray him and then act like its business, why did he immediately after the battle go to c!tommy on the bench and taunt him for a bit. I do agree that his main motive was to destroy L'manberg to get everyone under his own rule because he thrives on control, but the other part of that is he loves to torment and taunt c!Tommy which he's shown time and time again. He said before in that debate thing "justice for everyone but c!tommy" and also says , "I think you are getting everything coming to you" not verbatim but the message is the same. He seems to want revenge on c!tommy at this point or at least he makes it out that he wants that, however he also did want c!tommy under his control at the same time. If I remember correctly he has taunted c!tommy a couple times about the destruction of L'manberg, I vaguely remember him bringing it up in exile and in the prison but I may be wrong sorry. I do understand that its not much to go off of, so this is why I look to the 3rd? blowing up of L'manberg that happened after exile, where c!dream makes it crystal clear that to him c!tommy is too fun and that his story with him will never be over which imo pretty much solidifies that majority of his destructive actions involved the added motivation of messing with c!tommy.

And I'd just like to add that c!tommy was basically seen as the heart and soul of L'manberg. He was the one with all the determination, everyone else practically caved until exile. c!wilbur lost his mind and blew it up, c!fundy switched sides for a moment to manberg then came back but was barely involved - also fell for c!dreams manipulation, c!tubbo fell for c!dreams manipulation, c!quackity to an extent did and moved on, c!niki burnt down the l'manberg tree. It was really just c!tommy that still had the spirit of L'manberg and that core of justice whereas everyone else lost it (ig thats just how i saw it idk) , thats when you bring up exile and u got c!dream trying to turn c!tommy against l'manberg and his allies, almost like c!dream knew that getting c!tommy joined with his plans against l'manberg would help immensely but like Im getting off topic- thats a whole diff topic of 'why c!tommy would be the perfect weapon' lmao. c!tommy and to an extent c!tubbo even want to make l'moonberg, and c!tommy even had a l'manberg pic on his person during the ending. c!wilbur was right when he called c!tommy l'manberg.

It makes so much sense why c!dream loved destroying it.

The house elves and handling therof specifically is racist, how she handled characters from other cultures is iffy, and goblins I suppose could be seen as antisemitic trope but that level of antisemitism is kinda everywhere so I'm used to ignoring it in books and movies. But anyway. The issue is NOT the books, beyond 'don't buy them (firsthand at least) bc it gives her money'. The discussion of 'jk is a terfy piece of shit who is hurting ppl' should not become about some ppl feeling morally superior for not liking a book series (or pretending they never liked it) or insisting the series was never even good anyway so its not a loss. It's good to suggest alternatives to read for people who feel like they can't read hp anymore but love some of the messages or some setting or plot elements, as long as it's not phrased like you Have to discard hp like it's trash.

Lets actually be honest here: The books are good, not amazing, not some height of literature, but they were good books for kids. They were good for a kid who wanted to be braver, who wanted to have powers, who wanted to escape - into a magical world, into a book.

Look: The books said people who value others on some idea of purity are bad people, unequivocally. The books said fascism is bad. They said kids can't always trust adults to do right by them, which mostly kids know and it feels good to have a book acknowledge that yeah, adults are mean or wrong sometimes.

The books said love and caring and friendship and loyalty and helping others and standing up for others and being open to new ideas are good and important and what life is about. The books said love and family and friendship are stronger than hate and greed and prejudice. Those are important messages! And that is exactly why jk's move to terfyness (and everything else she's up to) is such a betrayal. Because she's become her villain, she has become the thing she wrote as a horrible thing to be, and she's so convinced she's Not and that us queer and trans ppl (and now just. Scottish ppl who want to be independent???) are the Real villains for uhhh wanting to exist and do our own thing???

Anyway the pt is she betrayed us and she won't ever get money from me willingly again and I'll try to spread the word and convince others not to feed the beast, but anyone going on abt the books is just trying to feel morally superior and is self righteous and trying to get an A+ in social justice which is literally always the problem.

Let's like. Please for the future focus on the actual issues and Not on debating the quality of the book series??? I just saw that Anon comment and it made me so upset I had to message you. I’m usually too shy to comment or interact but I’ve been reading your fics for a long time and I’ve enjoyed every single one. They’ve made my days happier and I look forward to seeing a new one all the time.

First of all, I don’t think you put more importance to some over the others. That’s just not true. I can see that you put care and thought into each fic, you try to change things up and each fic has a unique scenario and unique combination of members.

Second, in general, when it comes to writing, sometimes some characters or some ideas are just easier to write than others and that is normal and fine. There are plenty of ppl that will just refuse to write certain characters because they feel they can’t do justice to the character. I personally feel that you write all of the members well but if you feel that you aren’t doing a good job at some of them that’s completely okay. At least you’re trying!

Third, it takes a lot of courage to put your writing out there for people to read and enjoy the things that come out of your mind. Not everyone can do it. I’ve had little fic ideas and even little drabbles I’ve written that I’ve never posted cuz I am not confident enough to do it. Yet here you are posting a story almost daily. Sometimes two in one day!!! That’s kind of incredible. You write more than some professional authors do. Don’t discount that. Let’s have that anon come off anon and post their fic and see how well they write. They didn’t even have the courage to give u their comment off Anon.

Fourth, you have unique ideas for every fic!! Do you know how hard that is to keep up!? Somehow you’re doing it. You have cute ideas everyday without fail. People tire out from having to make new ideas all the time but you keep doing it and it’s amazing. Keep it up!

Lastly, remember that fic writing is for fun and it’s for you and not anyone else. It’s ur time to escape the world and create your own joy which you choose to share with us. Just like how HJ paints and sometimes chooses to share with us. It is supposed to be for fun. So if you like writing one thing more than the other then guess what? You get to do that. It’s your absolute right to spend as much time as u want on a character or an idea because it’s supposed to be fun for you.

There’s so much more I wanna say but this is so long already. I am sorry that I am on anon (I’ll call myself 🐺anon). I probably wouldn’t have said anything but I cannot stand bullies/haters. Especially not at someone who has brought me so much joy. This message is for you and you don’t have to post it publicly.
